Well, I have had a good few months, but I am tired. Don't want to be the only person In my family that works. I don't want to be the person that has to give the emotional support. I want more freedom.

That is it really, apart from feeling like I am looking at the sky through a window, things are much better thank you.

It helps writing it down, even if there is no practical solution.
