My life was out of control before I finally found sobriety this year. Before I found sobriety, I expected to get everything I wanted, I wanted so much, I wanted instant gratification, I abused things to try to make me feel good, I craved new intense experiences and sought them out at the expense of risking so much in my life, I just didn't care. I wanted intense intimate relationships ...

So, this year will be the first that I try my green thumb in a northern climate. So far, I have run into the issue of not being able to keep the potted plants I've started out at night, in case of frost. I started them perhaps a little earlier than I should have, because I'm used to starting seedlings in the south. I read that late may is one's safest bet, to avoid frost killing seedlings here in this grow zone.

So, now I have 8 huge pots of various plants, that I'm hauling down ...
