The hell with the healthy middle. I want it all and I want it now, and when I'm done, I'll want some more, thank you. Moderation sucks.
Moderation is awesome because the more you sacrifice the more you gain in the end!
I've sacrificed enough for 3 lifetimes and it has taken me nowhere. At some point, you have to stop cutting bait and drop your pole in the water, so to speak. (I do like that metaphor!) But knock yourself out if you think you'll wind up ahead of the game.
