Wow, this is extremely accurate for the ESTJ o.o
I haven't had high expectations, because I wasn't sure my reactions to stress are very typical, but they are basically the described ones. However, I don't really identify with the ways to cope with stress... Taking time off and relaxing with friends in a stressful situation maybe helps for the moment, but afterwards, I usually start to panic, because I haven't been productive. My most helpful way is to make a detailed list of what I have to do and when it has to be finished. Afterwards, I usually try to just start at one point and even if I just do my maths homework, it feels like I'm managing to cope with all the things I have to do.

Also the columns about how other people can make things worse or better are just as true as they could possibly be. My only problem is, that one of my best friends (ENFJ if anyone is interested) usually does the exact opposite of what I need in very stressful situations. His favourite question is "But why?", he LOVES to cancel our appointments at the very last moment and always comes up with helpful advise like: "But it's not that bad"

    that's quite right

Great article with insightful information. My brother's an INTJ and he freaks out when he can't find a parking spot. He wants to get in and out of the store but encountering small barriers like this is enough to really annoy him.

New here, but not new to MBTI. This 15 posts thing in order to get started is annoying.

Thank you for the article, I've read thoroughly only the INTJ part and it's really accurate. Sometimes it is hard for me to understand myself when I'm stressed. It makes me feel incompetent, overly emotional without reason and helpless. This article includes many good points and rational explanations.

As an ISFJ I can relate to this a lot. I'm currently in a stressful situation at school and it's so frustrating :/ people around me not cooperating and teachers getting angry of many students in my class! I'm so angry these days, sometimes I'm even rude to people around me (though most times I regret being rude to then later). It's just so bad :( I just want this year to end. Next year I'm starting university and hopefully the environment there will be better and I'll be at peace again. I just can't wait for this horrible year to end.

I find the ENFP is spot on. i am currently under stress and can honestly say, yes, that's how I respond to stress.

The ENFP descriptions are spot on, especially these ones

    - Feeling distrusted, disrespected, ignored, not recognized

Nothing pisses me off more than when people ignore me. Especially when you're really really enthusiastic and people act like they don't even care, it tears my whole energy bubble. Or when people talk over me, sometimes I wish I was ESTP so I could just tell that person to f off

    - Receiving criticism about themselves or what they have created

When Im really passionate about something I put my heart into it so it's hard to hear it being criticized. That said I'm working on taking criticism in stride and I think I gotten better at it

    - Treat their reactions as a joke, while they are being deadly serious about their situation

    Don't you even dare...

    - Energized by change, complexity, new experiences, and new places

When I go to a new place or try a new experience it's like a drug! Nothing energizes me more than change and experience, I love to lose myself in the moment

    - Excited by the many possibilities in the outside world

Yes! I'm so excited by everything I could do in the future; I could start my own food truck, I could become a translator, I could become a pro bodybuilder, so many possibilities!

    - Excited and exciting to be around

Lol everyone always tells me I can make anything sound exciting :p
