Family and life issue

I'll start out by telling the state my family is.
I'm 18 and I live with my mother, aunt and uncle.
My uncle is the owner of the 3 roomed flat.
My uncle is 80% disabled-> unable to work and gets a crappy pension.
my aunts heart is ill. my mother is the only one with a decent job and paycheck.
The apartement I'm living in has been "under construction" for more than ten years and it basically looks like a dump.
I share the room with my uncle. He uses anti-depressants. he drinks a lot. the room i'm in has the shower in it - literally.
my uncle won't let anyone else to fix the flat.
We don't have any else relatives.
What to do to get a normal life ( except killing him )
Since the problem is that he is like a 12 year old. He does what he wants.

get a job, go to college move out

Make money and fix the flat yourself, get uncle/aunt to help with cooking, cleaning, basic housey things, etc... or move out and help them out when you can. Difficult situation but you have to change something if no-body can or will.

your aunt and uncle are not your responsiblity, the only thing you can do is look after yourself and your mum( if she wants looking after) couldnt you get another job or just help your mum out a bit more a discuss with her the best solutions and how you can sort the problem out, she prob needs sum1 to talk to aswel, so maybe you could be ther for each other and work as a team to get through it.
